TERMS & CONDITIONS


Deluxe Sweet Creations is a fully registered, insured and inspected food premises and we hold the highest rate for our Food Hygiene standards. When ordering through our shop or our Contact Us page we deem that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.


DELUXE SWEET CREATIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:

  • Cancel and/or reject orders that have been ordered without the 14 working day notice. Cancel and/or reject orders that require dietary requirements and/or need to be allergy-free
  • Cancel your booking for circumstances out of our control such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, COVID-19 restrictions or if it is not safe to deliver your purchase
  • Cancel your booking if your shipping address is outside of the UK mainland
  • Introduce new products and/or remove existing products from our website at any time
  • Change the price of our products without notice: to be correct at the time of ordering
  • Offer discounts on our products at any time and change or remove them at any time
  • Change the packaging of our orders without notice

1.0 PAYMENT POLICY

For all orders under £50 full payment will be required on the day of ordering.


Any orders over £50 will be required to pay a 50 % deposit on the day of ordering and the remainder of the payment will be required to be paid 2 weeks before the postal, collection or delivery date.


For any orders over £50 made within the 2 weeks before the postal, collection or delivery date, full payment will be required on the day of ordering.


2.0 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


2.1 If in the event you need to cancel your order, at least 2 weeks' notice will be required:


Anything under £50 will be non-refundable and no refund will be given. A date change will be offered to you for a future date (subject to availability).


For anything over £50, your deposit will be non-refundable and will be retained by DELUXE SWEET CREATIONS. A date change will be offered to you for a future date (subject to availability).


2.2 If in the event you need to cancel your order at short notice. Within the 2 weeks before your postal, collection of delivery date:


All payments are non-refundable and will be retained by Deluxe Sweet Creations. A date change will be offered (subject to availability)


All items are checked before leaving the kitchen. 


2.3 In the event of damage or you are unhappy with your order:

Here at Deluxe Sweet Creations we pride ourselves in quality in both taste and design and do not let any products go to our customers that are not hitting our highest of quality.


2.31 Collections

Once your items have left our premises, we are not responsible for any damage caused to the item(s) you have purchased and there will be no refund given.


We recommend for any collections that cakes and/or treats are kept in the passenger footwell to minimise any movement. Do not travel with your cakes and/or treats on a car seat or on your person.


2.33 Unmet expectations? Taste?

Here at Deluxe Sweet Creations, we strive for the best in taste and decoration. If you are unhappy with your products please contact us through email with your concerns (pictures if possible). The maximum refund we give would be the price of the product, and no extra refund will be given for compensation. 


3.0 ALLERGEN POLICY


3.1 Allergen information:


Here at Deluxe Sweet Creations we recognise and understand the seriousness of food allergies. Deluxe Sweet Creations is not an allergy-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. The following ingredients are used in our cakes, cupcakes and treats:

  • Milk & other dairy products
  • Wheat & Gluten
  • Eggs
  • Chocolate
  • Food colouring

There may be traces of nuts. Products used to make your order may have been produced in factored that also prepare nuts, sesame seeds, lupin, soya, Sulphur Dioxide, milk, wheat, cereal containing gluten and/or shellfish.

We cannot guarantee that further decoration has not been in contact with allergens.

We cannot guarantee that further decoration does not contain further allergens and may have traces of nuts.

Deluxe Sweet Creations reserves the right to reject/cancel orders for those with food allergies.

An allergen information card will be provided with every order.


3.2 Vegetarian Information:

The products made by Deluxe Sweet Creations are vegetarian however extra decorations and/or chocolates may include gelatine. Please advise us if you are vegetarian in the notes section so we can make sure not to include products containing gelatine.


4.0 STORAGE POLICY


4.1 Chocolate Coated Treats

Best stored in an air-tight container. Please note in warm/hot temperatures, we would recommend keeping chocolate-coated treats in a cool area. These are best eaten within 7 days of receiving your treats.

Please refrain from storing these treats in the refrigerator as once removed condensation could form, spoiling any paint and lustre dust.

Store treats away from direct sunlight. The fondant may wilt and/or discolour over time.


4.2 Cakes/Cupcakes

We recommend that cakes and cupcakes be stored in the fridge and removed 30 minutes to 1 hour before eating. These are best eaten within 7 days of receiving your cakes/cupcakes.

5.0 WEBSITE IMAGERY

Here at Deluxe Sweet Creations, we want to make sure that every customer has their own unique treats. Through the booking process, you will be able to choose your colour themes to give us a guide on what you would like. The pictures on the website are there to show the customer what is included in the box. Colours, shapes and design details will vary to make sure you are getting your own unique designs.
